These are the terms you agree to when you book with DJM Studio.
BOOKING
A booking is confirmed when we say it is confirmed — either straight away, or once we have checked your payment. Until then your place is held, not yours.
PAYING
Prices are shown before you book. Where you pay by transfer, your place is held while we check the receipt, and released if we cannot match it. Where you are allowed to pay at the desk, the amount is owed from the moment you book.
CLASS PACKS AND CREDITS
A pack gives you a number of classes to use by a date shown when you buy it.
CHANGING YOUR MIND
You can cancel a class up to 12 hours before it starts, and the credit goes back to your account. Cancel later than that, or simply not turn up, and the credit is used.
WHEN WE CHANGE SOMETHING
We may move or cancel a class. If we cancel one you have booked, your credit goes back to your account. If we move one, you will see the new time on your account and we will do our best to tell you directly.
SAFETY
You must tell us about any injury, condition or allergy that affects taking part, and keep it up to date. Where we ask you to sign a waiver, taking part depends on that waiver being signed.
BEHAVIOR
We may refuse or end a booking for anyone who puts somebody else at risk or makes the studio unpleasant to be in.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update this page. The version here is the one that applies to bookings made from now on.
